I played it again, and this time it worked fine.

I like it. Nice, informal way to provide information. Keep them coming.

Well if you HAVE to be in radio, Melbourne, FLA sure beats Burlington, VT any day! Again, good job with the web site, although I'm still trying to figure out the ins and outs like why I can't seem to create paragraph breaks... Jon Cool

My first attempt at viewing the video could be named Bob's Bug Box.

It played fine for about a minute, then it froze. I waited a while then checked my system resources, and I was only using 5-10%, so my computer was fine. I have dsl, so connection is fast enough. I tried starting the video over, and a message came up saying the video was currently unavailable, try back later.

Seems like a good idea, I'd like to see the rest of the video.

It's a nice feature, and it's good to see sites like this adding to the online subscriber content:  I like it!  Bob needs to back away from the camera about 2 feet.  Other than that, my only wish is for more!

SotaPop, that was two separate shows, right?  Ping-pong balls = Captain Kangaroo, and the lady with the mirror was Romper Room.

~ Chris Smell that. You smell that? Ozone, Son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of ozone in the morning.

Hey Fife, not sure about the belly rubbing, but I agree, it is a good segment.  OF course, I was only able to take in the first few moments of it (up until Bob holds up the BL2 and says about the curved lines like a automobile).  Then, the screen said something about the video was not available, to check back later.  Wondering if it is a problem with the computer or the web site?

I saw that mike too. I want to see some more of the stuff at the back of the desk - like those structures. This is a neat feature that dovetails neatly with the magazine reviews and video reviews (my favorite subscriber extra)

I hope to post new videos every other week. Updates will be mentioned in the CTT newsletter and I'll try to remember to post something about it in the forum.
Note to KOOLJOCK - my Dad was in radio from 1947 till he died in 1974. The "mike" is actually an AM/FM radio I bought in the late 70s because it looked like the mikes around dad's radio stations (WMMB and WYRL in Melbourne, FL). I brought it in as a prop for the Bob's Train Box videos, but using the computer's camera view was just too cluttered with it in front of me.

This needs to be brought forward again.  Shake and Bake pointed this out to me.  Wish there was a "tickler" to let us know each time he changes/updates this item.  Great idea.

Bob - Excellent segment!!!  I'll be sure to tune in regularly.

I just had a flashback to the 70s where I could see a million ping-pong balls falling from your office ceiling.Laugh

Please don't pull out a mirror from under your desk and start naming off those of us watching you ... "I see Boxcar and Hobo and there's Hotbox and Cowcatcher ..."

... time to put the brakes on this one!!!

One thing about trains: It doesn't matter where they’re going. What matters is deciding to get on.

Hey Bob, NICE segment.  I like it, informitive and humourous.  I'm looking forward to your next segment.  "I can just now hear the springs groaning on the UPS truck.  Let's see what we got now!" PRICELESS!

Have a great trip to York, see ya later
