Is there a website where postwar accessary manuals can be downloaded? For example, the No. 3635 cattle stockyad or No. 97 coal elevator.

I don't know of one, but if you need any specific info, I can send you in the mail a PDF file of a 1954 Lionel handout called "How to Operate Lionel Trains and Accessories". I can't e-mail it, it 27MB, so it would take 1 week on my system to upload it. See if this picture comes out good.
