[tup][tup][tup][tup]I like it with its wide curves and the double reverse. You may want to think of an old rule of thumb and try to get some of your track to not run parallel to the edge. I guess what I am really saying is to use more angles, like you did in the upper left corner.

Have you thought of using some slight grades to give it some vertical perspective?

BTW, Do you need closet one to have a separate door. I believe you can give yourself more closet space by using only the one door into closet two…..and have more space for trains.[:D][:D]

One square does equal 12" x 12".
The spare room is the answer.

The concept looks great!!! A large main loop with sidings, and reversing in both directions. Looks like you don't have reach problems. You may want to add a little more to the left end, since it looks like you have room there. You almost have double track main all the way.[8D]

It's a little hard on the eyes. To small in print size, however you're one up on me because I haven't figured out how to post pictures or anything else for that matter.

Here are pics of my trackplan. The first one is of the plan itself. The other one is of the basement and trackplan so you can get a overall idea. Let me know what you guys think.
