Great photos, Dr. John. [^] I have just put my Lionel Hobo Tower onto the layout and have started to fit it in to the scenery.

[?]Question: Does your campfire flicker or just glow?

I would say mine just glows when I compare it to the Lionel Hobo Campfire I have installed.

Hi John,

I also have this. It is very sweet. I love the music it has. I also have the hobo camp fire next to it with the Plasticville hobo shacks. I add more hobo from Arttista.

I also like the hobo freight station. It has smoke and the pot belly stove has a flickering light.

My does a very slow flicker as compared to the camp fire.

I like the hobo freight station. The only bad part is you have to tell people to look inside to see the stove and lantern. So have it close to the edge to show it off.

I also have the playground ones and I like the large one with the swings, titer-totter and merry-go-round.

The part seen with the man tipping his hat to the lady is Cool to. It also has a dog lifting his leg on the tree.

My Hobo Campfire flickers like a real fire except when I put the wiring opposite on the connections, then it will only glow. I have the Hobo Campfire more to the back of the layout under a bridge with indirect lighting helping the overall affect of the scene. I put the Hobo Tower right up front so you can hear the mournful music.
