Look on the Lionel website. You can print out copies of exploded drawings of all their products that show how they come apart. I did that for a GG-1 of mine.

Lube Required for 8150 GG-1

I purchased the Lionel MPC 8150 GG-1 last year from my service station. It ran fine then. I did not run it for a few months. Recently, I oiled it per the instruction manual but it runs very rough and does not have a lot of power. The manual does not provide instructions for greasing the motor gears. I did not see an easy way to get grease to these gears. I believe they may be dry.

Does anyone know the process for getting grease to these gears. I had thought CTT had done an article on this in the past but I have not been able to locate it.
