How do you vote?

Would someone please let me know how you cast a vote on the Forum's sticky polls? Thanks!

If you have already voted, then you will only see the results. Some polls are closed after a while and no more voting is allowed. The MR forum has lots of polls and the members can even write their own. I'm not sure why this forum doesn't have polls available as an option for members to write.
