Looking for the best deal on (GAR 101-50) O Phantom Tinplate 37 in. Flexible track wooden ties- 50 pieces? Or the best price for a 37 in. piece?

Also there is a VHS Tape that gargraves is selling on how to lay and install there track for $15.00 bucks, has anyone seen it? Is it worth the 15 bucks?

Any help is greatly appreciated, I am just getting back to the world of trains...
Ok boys RIP me apart!

Best case prices I've seen are just under $200, I think I saw a couple of ads in CTT for $189, but I can't remember who. But by the time you figure shipping, it will be $200+.
A case is 51 pieces if I remember correctly.

I haven't seen or heard of a tape, but I've been using Gargraves track for years, and would be happy to share all the tricks I know. Just use this topic, and ask a few questions at a time, then all of the answers will be available for everyone.[#welcome]

Good choice! I side with Big Boy in that I have used Gargraves for years and find it a most versitile track and it has three isolated rails. I have had some good prices thrown my way by Charley Ro. Check the web sight. The Train Doctor in Rose, N.Y. offers deals from time to time on blemished items, however the savings offered are not always worth the hassle. It is definitely better to buy it by the case as apposed to a few sections at a time. Usually it will be the big popular dealers who advertise in Classic Toy Trains who buy in large quantities that are able to ask a little bit lower asking price. Big Boy is correct that the shipping cost is the key. In the past I have purchased items and they have waived the shipping depending on how much you spend.
