Can Super O switches be powered by SC-2s?

It should be able to do this.  There are instruction in the SC-2 manual re wiring the SC-2 to classic toy train switches as well as more exotic "hi rail" switch machines like Tortoise or NJ twin coils.  I know the SC-2 works fine with DZ units.  You may have to work out the wiring, main issue being which of the terminals on the switch is "common".
