Just Acquired ZW (2X180 Powerhouse) w/ Amp Meter

I just acquired (used) the ZW Multiwatt transformer with 2 180 powerhouse supplies and the zw amp meter. I did not receive the instruction manual fore either device. I would appreciate it if someone could send me a copy (email/fax/postal mail).

The ZW also has two of the older powersupplies. One is dated 2000 46 and the other 2000 49. Do both of these suffer the out of phase problem or is it just the 2000 46 model. I've read on the web that the 2000 49 model is affected too? How can I tell (I am a novice with trains)?
