does anyone know where to buy or how to fabricate those bent spring-wire links used to attach ground throws and above layout switch machines to ross or gargraves switches? Made alot of calls today with no results. too bad I didn't remember 2 days ago at the greenberg show.Shy [8)]

the only thing that sounds correct is #6002 throw springs. I dont see them listed on the price list for ordering.

You can get piano wire at most hobby shops, particularly ones that cater to RC planes and cars.  There are a variety of bending jigs availble as well:

Go to Ross Custom Switches and you can buy the DZ100 switch machine.  Don't know about parts for the switch machine.

Gargarves wants you to buy a certain dollar amount or they won't sell to you.

Not to put down Z Stuff but when I talked to Z Stuff last, about a year ago, they would only deal directly with hobby shops that made a good size purchase, maybe they have changed!
