It's covered in the catalog(s) and the following web site:

You need a an SC - 2 or an ASC.  There may be some older SC-1's around but these have current limitations on what they can handle.

how would I make my switches respond to my tmcc? is there some kind of relay that receives the command and sends power to the switch? if so, do I need one for each switch?
