i own an original 126. My top connections for the light are the same. The terminals you refer to are not present on mine, or is there any evidence of any ever being mounted on the base. The station has its original wiring which just dangles out of the bottom. I would assume that this is the way it came. Good Luck.

Wiring connections for 126 station?

I'm restoring a pre war 126 station. The inside light bracket has two screw terminals one of which is isolated from the bracket. I assume that one goes to the center of the bulb (no wires came with the station). My question is what type of terminals were provided with this station. There are holes in the base where screw terminals could be mounted but none are present. I could also envision that Fahnstock clips where used on the bracket which holds the light socket like the later 145 gateman. I'd appreciate it if someone who has one of these could fill me in the details.
