Renovo, are you saying a TMCC equipped engine is losing its programming on a section of unpowered isolated track? If so, something is wrong with the TMCC engine.
My engines set sometimes for days without power, and they do not lose the programming.
BTW, I think you may live four hours east of me, three hours east of Blueberry. If you are heading west on I-70 sometime, give me a shout and invite you to sit on the deck and watch the trains.

When my engine is in a block section that is isolated my TMCC programming is lost when power is turned off completely to that section. Can I use a 20 watt, 8-ohm resistor will it help since the track will continue to get power but not enough for the engine to move? This should be enough juice to keep the TMCC programming.
