This might go for a pretty penny, however, given its condition and ob. This is the backwards "a" version which I believe is the common variation. I could be wrong.

The rio grande snowplow was made not only in the postwar era but in mpc(with revolving blades) and I believe in LTI. Any of these can be found on ebay, hobby stores, train shows, ect... While a desireable model, not really super rare. Might take a sec to show up but they are out there.

Take a look at the Sunday photo fun.  http://www.trains.com/trccs/forums/1162484/ShowPost.aspx

FJ&G has been doing some resign castings.  That may be the easiest way to model a plow, and attach it to a dockside switcher.

Hi friends, now a good question for your mind. When i whas 8 i seen on tv the great classical show named Hellery Queen. In the episode The Adventure of the Eccentric Engineer (1976)  you can see a great layout with most popular engines. My favorite is the Rio Grande snowplow in yellow and black. Isearch this on eBay but i never won the bids...

Now the question is, how can i build this by myself ?!? i need a plans with measures ! I can build a chassis for wheels and motor, but on lionel train i don't have experience (only with H0 rivarossi)

Anyone can help me with his experience ?!? Or have any suggestion for buy this item... i want to have it... plase give me an hand :-)

a great day for you all !!!
