Greenberg Postwar Guide Vol. VIII ?
Posted by Algonquin on Thursday, April 18, 2002 11:52 AM
In the forward to Greenberg's Guide to Lionel Trains 1945-1969, Volume VII: Selected Variations, a Volume VIII is discussed as a planned follow-up to the selected variations discussed in Volume VII.

Are there any current plans to issue a Volume VIII to this series.

Sorry Tim, the folks at Kalmbach books do not have a Vol. VIII scheduled.

Hi Neil,

Thanks for the reply. That is a bummer. Volume VII is a nicely detailed collectors guide for some post-war items. I especially liked the detaled coverage of tenders and the section detailing scout locomotives. I was hoping to see future volumes covering other types of cars and locomotives. Maybe someday in the future?
