Thanks for the reply. That is a bummer. Volume VII is a nicely detailed collectors guide for some post-war items. I especially liked the detaled coverage of tenders and the section detailing scout locomotives. I was hoping to see future volumes covering other types of cars and locomotives. Maybe someday in the future?

Sorry Tim, the folks at Kalmbach books do not have a Vol. VIII scheduled.

In the forward to Greenberg's Guide to Lionel Trains 1945-1969, Volume VII: Selected Variations, a Volume VIII is discussed as a planned follow-up to the selected variations discussed in Volume VII.

Are there any current plans to issue a Volume VIII to this series.
