Usually Vol. 2 comes out in late July or early August. I don't remember it ever coming out in October.
Looks like it was the middle of August last year -

RIP Chewy - best dog I ever had.
Vol 1 was about 2 - 3 weeks late, so my bet would be late August - early September
Yeah I firgured so. Hopefully we'll get some neat new items in the Conventional Classics series. While the New Haven and the 646 Hudson sets are great, I think its time to have them dropped from the catalog to make room for other new sets.
Perhaps its Wishful thinking, but I'd love to see a reissue of the 2148WS (773 Hudson Passenger set from 1950) in the Conventional Classics line, or perhaps a 2205WS 736 Berkshire Freight from 1953, maybe even a 2231W Great Southern Freight (Southern F3 A-B-A set). And of course a 2190W 2343 Santa Fe Super Speedliner set (with corrected warbonnet color, and a B-unit and Baggage car for seperate sale, of course) is at the top of my CC want list.
While some may say these are best left to the Postwar Celebration series line I disagree. These great sets will be more affordable to those who cant afford them otherwise.
Any opinions?

According to the Lionel execs at the LCCA convention there will be a pair of 027 Alaska RR Alcos and they will re-issue the UP Heritage Ace's in new numbers.

Like last time with VOLUME 1 it would most likely be a month before the York, PA TCA Show.

It is coming out on Friday. I saw an early buy list on the train-station.com website.
For operators of Traditionally sized O Gauge who like current era railroad graphics, there are BNSF, CSX, and NS items offered.
