Can anyone identify this box car?

Today, I bought a Postwar era operating box car, Its blue with Wabash on it with the number 3424 unnder the "Wabash. There is a man on top that stands up or goes down. Can anyone Identify it?

Lionel 3424.  Operating brakeman boxcar.

The brakeman would collapse after hitting "tell tails".  I'm pretty sure I've seen replacement tell tails at train shows or other locations.

Doing a quick search on eBay found many entries for 3424.

Thanks, ther brake man on my car is blue, I saw one with  a white brake man, is one more rare then the other?

Doyle's latest price guide indicates the blue brakeman figure is harder to find.
