I came across this when I visited Rochelle Il. 06-09-07 during Railroad Days.

It is Jet Snow Blower 9701. I attempted to find out the Engine type but could not find a ID plate.

I think it is a J47. That was the one used in most of our earlier Fighters and Bombers.

There is another JSB in the Conrail/N&S/CSS&SB yard near the CSS&SB RR Odgen Dunes stop. I can not get a good photo of it. It looks a lot more run down. I never caught it in action many attempts.
