No, it is not operable. As I understand, it is not near operating condition. Also, I'm under the impression that some of the parts have been scavenged for 844 and/or 3985. Finally, supposedly the track geometry outside the roundhouse is now such that it tends to derail when rolled out, although presumably this would be the least of its worries if operational.
