Entertaining site..I was originally going to post this in the Grand Schemes thread but this was decidedly un -interurbanish ( Is that a word? ) I am amazed that not only of this concept in that Edwardian Era, but most of all, it appeared to work after a fashion.

Nothing is more fairly distributed than common sense: no one thinks he needs more of it than he already has.
