A Surviving Indiana AKA Interstate RR Sleeper?
Posted by wallyworld on Friday, March 9, 2007 8:36 AM

I have to date unsuccessfully tried to track down the whereabouts of this unique piece of interurban rolling stock, rumored variously as being used as a construction company car at one time, perhaps at a museum in the Northwest...etc...any know where and if it is? The only other interurban sleeper I know of that survived is from ITRR at IRM...

Hi there - Yes, one of the ex-IPS cars made it into BCR days as a camp car, a bit modified on one end, but I believe that's the car that's been preserved.  Sorry, off the top of my head, I don't recall which car name it was (on PGE or IPS, for that matter!).  Hope this helps!  Art
