Am I right in thinking that the TGV and the Eurostar are operating in 1500V dc territory?

One of those trains kinda looks like the Amtrak Acela
TMC (CNR Mixed train GMD1 1063 with combine coach) (Remember always at Railway X-ing's, (Stop, Look and Listen!)
