Carmen Webster, the first lady of Model Railroading, is the title of a Roger Carp article in this month isssue of CTT. I enjoyed reading this well written article, which is a change of pace from the typical articles that appear in both CTT and OGR. The story was especially interesting given the many years that have pasted since Carmen was active in the post WWII era. As always Roger's writing is so interesting and well done. Jerry
