If I were Given $5,000,000.00 to restore a train

If I where given $ 5 mil.I would restore as much of the East Broad Top as possible . All the way to Robertsdale if possible . Can you imagine riding ol 'eastie from Mt.Union To Robertsdale? Can you imagine 4 mikes steaming again ? Makes me want crank up the ole video cam and Nikons. Now where did I put my tripod?

   Seriously , I know  the rails are still in place and AFAIK the Railroad still ownes the land but, how much would it cost to relay that much track and rebuild the Pogue Trestle and Sidling Hill Tunnel and  everything  else that needs done? We Can Dream !
