Indiana Pacific Railway

I ran accross this railroad while working on my other hobbie which is genealogy. I am looking for more information on this line which may have been incorporated but never built.

What I know is that in 1882 Colonel William Sear was named president and at least part on the line was to extend from Auburn to North Judson, Indiana.

Can anyone expand on this information?
