Wiring the fixed voltage plug on O22 Switches
Posted by jlrocks on Saturday, December 24, 2005 1:50 PM
I have recently started to do O Guage Lionel modeling after an absense of some 50 years. I have O22 remote switched that I need help wiring. I am running a CAB 1 with a new SC-2 switch and accessory controller. It says in the instructions to not power the switches from track power. I have an old 150 Watt Trainmaster transformer with 4 adjustable controls. How many wires do I need to run from the transformer to the fixed voltage plug and what posts do I hook up on this transformer to power these O22 switches?

My guess is you'd have much better luck with your question by Posting it on Classic Toy Trains - just above this one - where people into Lionel gather daily.

Good luck with your experience on the Forums, as I see you are new to them. Check out the topics BEFORE making a Post and you will come out ahead of the game. [tup]

Run a wire from the plug to your hot wire on the transformer. No problem...
