The Sunset Limited was the finest train to Los Angeles from the deep South.This train had the French Quarter lounge,giving one the feel of New Orleans while still travelling through the Southwestern desert.Also eating in the Audibon diner was a special treat.
Ride Amtrak. Cats Rule, Dogs Drool.

My vote goes to the AT&SF De Luxe. That was a service back then.....
