O & SE Railroad

I bought a reproduction of a picture dated 1905 taken in Cottage Grove, Ore.
It is of a 2-6-0 locomotive with a load of logs. Anyone know anything about the O & S.E. Railroad? Nothing on my web searches yet.

The Oregon and Southeastern Railroad was incorporated April 19, 1902, and opened from Cottage Grove to Wildwood, Oregon, 18 miles, in May 1904. The Oregon, Pacific and Eastern Railway was incorporated October 14, 1912, and purchased the assets of the O&SE in 1914. (1978 American Short Line Railway Guide)

OP&E was abandoned in the 1990s.
I believe Emperor of the North (Pole) was filmed there.
