I don't know if this is the right color for you, but perhaps it's a possibility.

Where are you located? The RR hist society for the line(s) that served your depot probably can get you access to the paint standards for the carts, and may even be able to identify the source of your cart.

Also note that there were a number of modern, heavy REX carts prodiced. These had rubber tires and sone had a semi-streamlined appearance.

The local railroad museum is looking for the correct shades of green and red to paint our recently donated cart which is undergoing restoration. It is a later one with a curved front and letter boards on both sides above the cargo deck. It is also of much heavier construction than most REA baggage carts. Thanks.
