Train Collector, these phishing schemes have been around for some time, and not just Ebay. PayPal, banks, and every other way they can think of to get personal information to steal an identity are flying around cyberspace.

NEVER give out any personal info on a site from an email link. Log onto your accounts through a known https web address that YOU enter.

Another hint is if you have the bottom "status" bar active on you internet explorer, it will display where the web adress is actually directing you. If it's different than the one displayed, big red flag.
