How are T Boilers constructed?

I've been unable to find any information on T-Boilers such as used in the Shays.
I would like to find a cutaway view of the boiler and how it worked.
I am getting ready to build a 2' guage steam loco. I want to build something like were used on many low dollar logging operations.
