Undated Photo of PRR Northern Division Loco

I have an undated old photo of what appears to be a 4-4-0 Class American running on the PRR's Northern Division near Glenora NY. I am attempting to date the photo. Although the photo is a bit fuzzy, I believe that the loco is either a D9A or D10 Series of the 4-4-0 which would place the photo somewhere between 1889 and 1916, probably closer to the early 20th Century.

Does anyone have an info on what power ran on the Northern Division between 1875 and 1916? I've contacted Strasborg but they want a letter and indicate a few months before they can get me any info. Thanks.
