Appears to be that the locomotives spent much of their later life in the Columbus, Ohio area -- same as the BP-20 B units.
One was used on the Brilliant Branch in the Pittsburgh area, and I have to suspect this is the service that 'matches' the picture.
Thanks!
Left (9082) is a Fairbanks-Morse H-10-44 switcher. Right (8699) is an F-M H-24-66 "Trainmaster".
Both PRR. Picture taken sometime after August 1956, since that's when the TM was delivered. Based on the rocks in the background I'd say western PA, but there's not a lot of detail to go by.
PRR had several dozen H-10-44s and 9 Trainmasters.
