A fellw veteran who used the sevkces of the hospital has inforned me that:
The former school buildings are now part of the hospital complex.
The complex is or was known as Kingsbridge Veterans Hospital.
The complex has recently been modernized.

Large building on right: Probably The Bronx's Veterans Hospital
Left low building: School or schools
Both across the Harlem River in The Bronx
Opposite sides probably on Umiversity Avenue
Thanks for those bits of nostalgia David! What a good looking building the Third Avenue had, and I love that car parked in front!
A question, in Photo 4 what's that big building on the hill in the background? It looks sort of familiar but I can't place it.
