Want to explore starting a Train Museum

We live in a small town in AR and we are looking at the possibility to starting a Train museum because of the deep roots trains have in our community.  we originally started as a refueling station on the Cario & Fulton Railroad in 1873 and have since gone to 26,000 people that mostly serves as a bedroom community for the .  Although it is not in stone, we believe the name Cabot is the name of the railroad surveyor that plotted the course of the railroad tracks that still bless or city today.

Are there organizations that are already established and/or railroad companies that can help assisting in exploring this city project?  Thank you in advance.
