Isn't it strange that the throwaway clips right at the end have the rarest equipment in them: a Republic Starship and a couple of SPV2000s in multiple.
Balt-- Ah ha! Yes I see.
MiningmanAstonishing that 9/10's of Frederick Beechs films were destroyed ( along with all the Hudsons and Niagaras). Good grief, why? ...the films that is, (we have discussed the locomotives in depth). The only surviving film and images were in Beechs personal collection, so the NYC threw them out. That is just plain dumb as can be. I worked for a Gold Mine in Northern Manitoba for a short period of time, that shall not be named, that threw out absolutely everything from the previous owners...plans, sections, geology, the works...none of this was digitalized either in case you were wondering. I could not believe it. Day after day the garbage was loaded with 80 years of history and information. I retrieved the original claim maps dating back to 1925 and still have them in my possesion. To what end this nonsense?

Supports 'I do not recall' when asked in a legal proceeding.
Never too old to have a happy childhood!

PS..they went bankrupt and the mine is closed. The province of Manitoba is on the hook for the proper shutdown and environmental monitoring.
