Some photos from the last day of operation, before the line was located to be adjacent to the B&M RoW with a new underground North Station subway station.

A fan trip used the two historic retained cars.

Sullivan Square looking east from the bus (formerly streetcar) turn-around on the upper level, with tracks from the Fellesway - Elm Street line still in place some ten years after bustitution.

Inside Sullivan Square Station, under essentially a classic train shed.  But the platfrom for downtown trains was outside the train shed on the south side.

At the Boston-bound platform with the historic train on the bypass siding:

North Station.  Tracks at left have overhead wire for the line to Lechemere, with its station around a curve to the left against the North Station facade:
