Thanks for the tip. I had tried Google, Firefox, and IE (a number of times), but after reading your comment I tried IE again, and it worked like a charm. Great Trains West is on its way, woohoo!
I tried to order on an Andriod tablet, and an Andriod phone with the same problem. Tried to order on my computer, same problem with Chrome and FireFox. I then tried Internet Explore 11 and it worked after a few tries.
I got an email advertising a new special edition, "Great Trains West." I came here and tried to buy it. Over and over again. All I get is an error: apparently I am not who I say I am. (How can I correct an "error" when no mistake has been made? It's like an interrogator trying to get me to give up my "real" name). I tried to call customer service and got put on endless hold. Are there people all across America trying to buy this edition, failing, and calling in? Or am I really not who I say I am?
