Near miss - CZ car "Silver Shop" of similar design (but bigger dorm area, no full kitchen on long end) on page 300 of Dubin's "More Classic Trains". Chuck wagon area under the dome was a lunch counter with no buffet, since the lunch counter was served from the kitchen.
