Assuming you mean across the Mississipi, the Frisco owned its own truss bridge, still owned and maintained by BNSF, built in 1892.  The bridge has 65 ft clearance over the river, and is not a drawbridge.

Did the Frisco have to cross a drawbridge to get into Memphis? I'm fairly sure they did. Can anyone tell me who owned that bridge? Thanks,
