The Interstate Express ran as a (B&O-)RDG-CNJ-DL&W train. My hazy recollection is that RDG handed it off at the CNJ station.
The Reading interchanged cars, including thru Reading Terminal/Phila. - Toronto sleepers with the LV and at one time one whole through train. The CNJ did have its own station, but at least one CNJ train passed through the station and may have stopped. It was a train that eventually ended up on the DL&W, if I remember correctly.
Hi, I was watching trains from the parking lot of the former Bethlehem Union Station, now a medical facility. Which railroads did that serve. Obviously Lehigh Valley was one, but did CNJ and Reading stop there, too? CNJ had their own station on the other side of the canal. Thanks for any info you can provide.
