I've looked in both Moody's and in the Official Guide. Nothing specific is mentioned, but this appears to be EL trackage rights on the B&O.

In my old Erie and Erie-Lackawanna timetables of the 50s and 60s there is a line between Hamilton and Indianapolis on the maps. I don't see any current or former EL trackage between these two cities. Was this trackage rights?
