TW Tranformers
Posted by glendaler on Saturday, January 4, 2014 12:51 PM

I have a very old TW tranformer from when I was a kid. I sent it out to have the power cord replaced and the whole thing checked. I hooked it up and it worked for a few days. Now it seems to be leaking voltage to the tracks while the throttle is off and shorting out as I increase the voltage. Any ideas. I also need to confirm which are the A and U posts. Counting from left to right, I assume the second and fourth.

Glendaler, I believe you've confused the "Classic Trains"  site with the "Classic Toy Trains"  site.  Slide over ther and ask the question, there's plenty of expertise waiting for you there!
