It is a common error for first-time posters to this forum to mistake it for the classic TOY trains forums.  That forum is listed first amongst all the trains.com series on the index page.  This one is for classic (real) trains of the kind you could enter and move about, and for which a ticket would ensure your disembarkation at a distant point. Smile

It's too bad when "Vintage Rails" magazine ended, and it's subscribers were transferred over to Classic Trains, that they didn't change the name then to "Vintage Rails" as that would have saved a lot of confusion over the years.

Don't the administrators or moderators have a way to fix it so this post is always the top post in this forum?

I've seen some posts here with a push pin icon on them that keeps them at the top of the list.  There must be a way for the OP or one of the moderators to do this.

Altonfan...I don't believe these "tin heads" would take time to read it even if it were there.   We told one guy he was in the wrong church (not just the wrong pew) several times and he kept posting questions about old Lionel and Marx.      Angry

NOBODY READS.

Ok, I'm all done playin' now.
