Problem with Forum, Classic Trains questions
Posted by daveklepper on Friday, January 21, 2011 4:08 AM

It seems as if there is a lock on the second of the Classic Trains Forums, possibly by accident.   I note there is no reply to my question as to what unique characteristic the PRR Cavalier and Del-Nar-Va Express shared that at one time lots of PRR trains shared.

I wished to give a hint.    Lots of PRR trains shared this characteristic only for a few years, all before WWII.

The Del-Mar-Va Express and the Philadelphia-Cape Charles sleeper on the Cavalier ran between Broad Street in Philadelphia and Cape Charles. And, New York passengers from/to the Express changed in Wilmington. At least, this was the situation in 1950.
