EMD Cleveland Ohio Plant

 I recently read an article about the EMD plant in Cleveland Ohio and can not for the life of me find the dog gone thing. Can someone advise me what issue of either Classic Trains or Model railroader it was in, or if it was in one of the special issues that have become so common lately? I have done some searching for it with the online search engines and not had any luck. Thanks very much.
