Ideas - The Story of Steam

Every week day night, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation presents a show called Ideas hosted by narrator Paul Kenedy.  On Monday night, 23 November, the 54 minute programme will be about steam and how various people harnessed its power.  It will very likely be quite educational...if you have an ear to listen.

You can go to cbc.ca and look for the streaming live broadcast for your time zone and listen in real time.

Thanks, I'll have to check that out. A lot of US public radio stations carry CBC broadcasting live in the evening, I know our local station in Mpls-St.Paul does "As It Happens" every night before switching over to the BBC World Service broadcast. At least for a while they were re-broadcasting "Ideas" on Sunday afternoons too.
