Unfortunitly the engines you want to see are only owned by Kansas City Southern, UP and, BNSF in those area's so the odds are small of getting a tour, since your coming from so far mine as well ask, you best bet is to go trackside (on public property) and see one moving.

You will need to contact the individual Railroads for authorization, You may even ask for a tour. They might be willing to assist you.
