I don't know how much this will help you, but here is a link to the Pennsylvania Railroad Technical & Historical Society home page.  Good luck

They were not renumbered and both retained their original numbers unhjtil teh end of T1's service ca 1952.  They both had their front ends rebuilt  to match the production lot's final configuration, but retained their longer and sharper yacht-nosed configuration.  Rare photos exist of their final metamorphosis (see PRR T&HS magazine The Keystone), and they were perhaps the meanest looking T1's in existance.

PRR T1s 6110 & 6111
Posted by railroader9999 on Sunday, April 26, 2009 11:17 AM

After PRR began receiving its 50 T1 4-4-4-4s starting in 1946, whatever happened to their two experimental T1 units (6110 & 6111)? Had they been scrapped, stored, or renumbered into the 55XXs?

I haven't found any information regarding the disposition of their two units, so any help would be appreciated.

 Thanks
